Shipping Policy
At Chronically Sick Mama, we understand the importance of receiving your order in a timely and secure manner. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your items.
Delivery Method
We use tracked delivery services to provide added security and peace of mind. Tracking information will be provided to you once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Time
Our goal is to deliver your order within 48 hours of dispatch, but please allow for up to one week for delivery, especially during busy periods or public holidays. Please note that shipping time does not include the manufacturing lead time.
For international orders, shipping times may vary depending on destination and any delays due to customs clearance. Delays caused by customs, postal strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control.
Manufacture Lead Time
Many of our items are made to order, and we typically allow for up to two weeks for manufacturing your custom items. However, we strive to expedite the process and aim to dispatch your order within a few days. As a small business navigating chronic illness, there may be occasions where we require additional time to handcraft your products with care and attention to detail.
For certain products, the total manufacture and shipping time may take up to three weeks. We will always aim to get your delivery to you as soon as possible. If you have a specific date you require delivery by, please contact us before placing your order.

International Shipping
For international orders, shipping times may vary. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred upon delivery. These charges are not included in the shipping fees paid at checkout. It is also the customer’s responsibility to ensure that items comply with their local customs regulations.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
In the rare event that your shipment is lost or delayed, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in tracking down your order or arranging a replacement. Chronically Sick Mama is not liable for items once they have been dispatched, especially if the customer opts for a shipping method without tracking. We highly recommend choosing tracked delivery for added peace of mind.

If you have ordered multiple items, please be aware that they may arrive in separate packages due to varying manufacturing and shipping times.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, destination, and chosen shipping method of your order. Additional costs may apply for expedited or express delivery.
Returns and Shipping
Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information regarding return shipping costs. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or damaged upon delivery.
